Commission Terms and Conditions
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please provide adequate references for me to use, especially if you are asking for angles not visible in your character reference(s) that may hide details.𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. - Character Illustrations of any kind
- Reference Sheets
- PNG Tubers
Other references such as moodboards, outfit inspiration, and poses are also accepted as supplemental references and may especially be of value in character design related services.Some topics or designs may be denied, but I will always message the client on alternatives if problems arise. Some approved and denied examples are below:
✅: Furries, Humans, Closed species, Open species, Mild violence and gore, Simple mechs, Yumeships, and Queer characters or relationships.
❌: Complex Designs (may be approved, but subject to higher fee), Exaggerated breasts (Including furries with multiple breasts or tummy nipples), Detailed Mechas, Detailed gore.You are not permitted to sell your commissioned work unless the following is met:
You pay for a Commercial license/use. The only exception to this rule is the one off sale of a character depicted in your commissioned piece, also known as "adopting", "rehoming", "sale of character rights", etc.𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗧𝗢𝗦.PAYMENTS
All payments are required to be upfront and must be permitted methods. The following approved methods of payment are Kofi, Paypal, and Vgen.REVISIONS
You are allowed the right to ask for revisions throughout the commission up until flat color. After flat color rendering cannot be revised, but revisions can still be performed in the case of mistakes. Mistakes are instances where I have applied the wrong color or left out key details of your character.Chibi commissions are subject to simplification and will be brought up with you, the client.𝗦𝗸𝗲𝗯, 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, this includes wips.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions have an expected turn around time of 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes shorter relating to the requested service and the position you reside in compared to other clients. Your deadline may grow if you request multiple revisions or adjustments, but you are guaranteed your art or service a month from purchase or last revision.Longer wait times may be expected if you request the following:
- Ready to Animate Vtuber models
- PNG Tubers
- PSD Files
- Complex/Detailed Character art, (this of course would be discussed prior).You are guaranteed your service in a month, but if you have a hard deadline please notify me. I can finish pieces faster for an extra fee relating to the date requested. (Minimum being 25 USD).USE
Your use will relate to the license you purchase, all commissions include Personal usage rights and on occasion Monetized rights, Monetized being sharing of your commissioned work on monetized services and social platforms.
The only exception that may be applied is the one off sale of 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 rights, meaning the character depicted in the art you commissioned, allowing for the art to be included with said character sale.If you wish to sell the art from your commission normally you must pay Commercial fees, this extra cost will relate to the commission you purchase.REFUNDS
A full refund may be provided for the following reason:
- I cannot finish your commission for any reason.Any refunds outside of this will only be 30% of what was paid.‼️ Note that Skeb, also known as surprise me, and Chibi commissions are not allowed refunds due to the nature or price unless the full refund conditions are met. ‼️COMMUNICATION
